Overall Process

Prepare design for processing
  1. Run PCB-Gcode
  2. Export gerbers
  3. Create parts list
  4. Print solder and plating masks
  5. Prepare blank pc board

Main Process

  • Drill holes from the top
  • Drill holes from the bottom
  • Clean board
  • Apply conductive Ink
  • Dry conductive link
  • Apply plating mask (both sides)
  • Copper plate through holes
  • Strip plating Mask.
  • Dry board
  • Mill top circuit layout
  • Mill bottom circuit layout
  • Apply solder mask
  • Immersion tin plate board.
  • Clean board
  • Dry board
  • Mill board outline
